Wendy Jeavons
Fused glass / kiln formed glass
Wendy combines her love of the sea and her passion for glass, making fused glass artwork that reflects the ever-changing energy and seasonal colours of the coast. She uses a variety of fused glass materials and techniques and experiments with light and layers, incorporating screen printed elements, creating small details to discover. Wendy has worked with glass for over 25 years since graduating with a 1st class degree in glass from Edinburgh College of Art, then receiving the Crafts Council Start Up Award to start The Red Brick Glass Studio in 2000. She teaches fused glass from her home studio in Lulworth Cove, Dorset.
