Jane Martin
A Dorset based, contemporary artist working in oil, acrylic and mixed media on canvas, having originally studied art and design at Reigate School of Art, Surrey and later at Bath Spa University, Somerset. My work attempts to capture the magic and energy of the natural world, as well as to engage with the realm of the inner world and has been influenced by the study of depth psychology and philosophy. During 2016, I exhibited at an Open Studio event during Dorset Art Weeks and a selection of my work was shown at the Cove Gallery in Weymouth.
